Introduction

Ghoststack is a SaaS boilerplate and codebase product that provides a foundation for building AI-powered micro-SaaS applications. By purchasing and using Ghoststack, you agree to these terms.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the software to create unlimited applications for yourself or clients
• Modify the software to suit your project needs
• Deploy applications built with the software to any hosting platform

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute the source code or documentation to third parties
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer the software
• Share access with anyone who has not purchased their own license
• Create competing boilerplates, templates, or starter kits

Intellectual Property

Ghoststack and all associated documentation, branding, and original code remain the intellectual property of NC Labs. You retain full ownership of the applications you build using Ghoststack and any custom code you write.

Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for violations, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution or creation of competing products.

Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. If Ghoststack doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Updates and Support

While we may release updates, improvements, or bug fixes from time to time, we are under no obligation to do so. Your purchase does not entitle you to:

• Future updates or new versions
• Technical support or assistance
• Bug fixes or security patches
• Compatibility updates for new frameworks or dependencies

Any updates that are provided will be subject to the same terms of this license.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or that any errors will be corrected. You assume responsibility for selecting the software to achieve your intended results.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Third-Party Services

Ghoststack integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
